Most of all analytical instruments is available. Like HPLC, GC , IC, LCMS,GCMS,ICPMS,PSD,XRD.

Dislikes

No HR policy, 365 days working because of commercial lab samples, no promotions, no working growth. If you are join one department same department was continued in entire career. No knowledge gain. Not getting good increment in all cadre level people.Full politics. Max times 12 hours duty.worst working culture.
