Dislikes

The fact that ships are old and Chinese made, it is getting extremely difficulty to maintain the condition of the ship to TK standards. The TK brand value is definitely going down. We need to buy newer ships if we need to bring the value up. This also resonates with what other people outside TK think of this company.

Dislikes

Shore team not co-operative. Senior officers are scared of the shore team. Most of the times Junior officers end up working more than 14 hrs a day during port call. Request for additional officers denied continuously. After raising concern on work-rest hour violation Capt. blatantly told to call DPA.
