Good exposure on SIEM, SOAR with multiple tools. That's the main thing to be highlighted.

People snatch your credibility, assign their task to you and present it themselves and claiming credibility for the same. Special attention Malayalis and North Indians.. Racism is observed. No Equality and respect.

We do hire fresh talent from the colleges, provide professional and on-job training, then place them into the client locations or projects along with the senior folks. Dynamic environment hence the employees are expected to adapt for the quick changes. Zero tolarance policy is strictly enforced, cannot afford non-performance.
