Third class company even they will not do proper salary . Even they don't no when to do salary some time they will do 7th date and some time they will do 15th please I ask anyone is joining this please don't go even if you are fresher

There will be work every day . Urgent leaves will be approved with no reason Friendly atmosphere

...he manager is blacklisted you, Leaving the firm will be better No salary hike A huge package will be given when they take a new candidate ( Guys who stayed for years won't get any hike ) Worst timing, Managers will make some hell shits (6-6/10-9)

*Flexible working hours *Histrolically offered good career growth opprotunity for talented and hard workers, *Supportive technical team leaders and managers (although many have left) *Friendly enviroment, though department- dependent. *Regarded as one of the best comapnies until 2022 with a smooth workflow.

Dislikes

*Lack of long term growth ambitions: focused on short term gains. *Salaray delays without prior communication. (Occurs on 7th (own derived policy) but may be dalayed till 15th) *Imposition of bond during every appraisal and recovered if someone resign. *Risk of abrupt forceful resignation or termination without proper communication when no projects are available or forecasted for the future.

Likes

Excellent work culture. Everyone is treated like a family. Work life is very balanced. Job security at its best. Managers are very supportive and understanding. They assist me with knowledge and time to grow and enhance my skills. In times of Covid provided with Pandemic insurance. Flexible work timings. Office campus on par with international standards. Timely training and brief for any new task assigned.

Good management, open opportunities to learn and grow. great place to work. I personally thank Tecosim for giving opportunity to be part of family, giving full freedom & flexibility in my key areas. I also like the rehire policy of Tecosim.
