...is downturn of this organisation. Back biter and he thinks employees are fools. Company has Postive cash flow as per the results told by CFO but No hike and no PF. "SHAM" is the word. Stay away from this company.

The only think which I like in tecnotree is we can learn the latest technologies and we will be working in all areas like frontend and backend and deployments.

Dislikes

...e is balance is very poor. In covid time they made us to work around 18 hours. Salary hike is dream. There wont be hike every year . if they give also it will be very less in single digits irrespective of your rating. Management is poor. Hr support is poor. No transport facility. You wont have personal life. You may need to work in weekends without any extra pay.

Overall very supportive colleagues and there is scope of learning in some areas.

Dislikes

Getting work done with less compensation and money-saving mindset of the management makes employees suffer, I felt like I was trapped into this hole, with no realistic requirements, no real exposure to what's happening across different teams in your project. Their expectation is always high, They do not understand what it takes to develop any new feature from an employee's perspective, they hardly understand the technologies, they enjoy demoralizing people working under them. Overall very bad experience.

For freshers it very good opportunities to learn and company providing good salary as well.

As of now , company has not provided any salary hike for past years. Work pressure is more. Company is full of directors and managers. They even wont understand our concerns but need the work to be done.

... letter. There are no clear work policies, and HR provides little to no support. Salary payments are consistently delayed each month. Employees are required to work extended hours without compensation. Whenever employees raise concerns, company policies seem to change suddenly, without any prior notice or communication.
