Its not a friendly company.And there is no team to create

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees and can remove with out intimation

No constructive appraisals (Managers play polities and act biased in appraisals) No Job training sessions/culture for freshers. Directly, they are put into projects. No benefits like shift allowances. Expects you to work OT but never pays. No transport support even for the employees who work in US work shifts not even for females. No team outings or team building sessions (24/7 it is work work work deadlines deliverables etc)

Technics was really a good work environment place,They had very creative work and mind fascinating work environment . Their work work was really goal oriented. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
