There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees and can remove with out intimation

As a fresher to start with this company is quite good. Here we can start a fresh career with new technology of IBM which no other company now a days provide you. Good environment to learn and start your career.

Dislikes

The most important thing i dont like about the company is their way of thinking. They never care for the emoloyee. Their management is very very poor, and also salary increment is not satisfiable for any1.

Likes

1. Good Hikes in appraisal times 2. SAP international projects are good. 3. Fresher’s and Experienced employees can learn a lot.

Dislikes

1. No Cabs service for boys. 2. No night shift allowances 3. Internal politics in SAP international projects 4. Company does not apply standard work from home policy to all, all employees would not get work from home as it is project manager’s wish whether he would give WFH or not.

Job security for genuine employees. Work-life balance

Dislikes

No constructive appraisals (Managers play polities and act biased in appraisals) No Job training sessions/culture for freshers. Directly, they are put into projects. No benefits like shift allowances. Expects you to work OT but never pays. No transport support even for the employees who work in US work shifts not even for females. No team outings or team building sessions (24/7 it is work work work deadlines deliverables etc)

Technics was really a good work environment place,They had very creative work and mind fascinating work environment . Their work work was really goal oriented. It was a company with dreams and action taking company.It was the first Company which gave me the chance to explore technical and support work. People in Technics are super centric and concentrated about their work.

Dislikes

They are very strict.
