It is very good organisation to get innovative work experiences. I have learn many things and apply. I have organised number of library events like book exhibition, seminar, webinar, conference etc.

Dislikes

During Covid era, organisation does not pay salary. I am leave without pay 13 months.

Staff is good and internal bosses are cooperative

Dislikes

Leaves are very less and no PF or UGC salary structure is followed. Work load is high same people are engaged in many profiles as placement, admission, NAAC, Events , classes etc.

Tecnia not support employee, only pay 15 days of march salary on 20 april , and may nithing pay for april month and some time force me to join duty in lockdown.my senior many time call me to go office in lockdown otherwise no salery will be pay by tecnia.

No salary increment for ages Abusive Chairman both with male and females employees Official working hours are 9 but unofficial working hours are 20

Nothing likable. No human ground Staff is okay but lots of politics.

Chairman is pathatic, no services are provided to employees, no benefits no work life balance, employees are expected to work like machines. Zero human grounds
