Initially gave work from home but they will make you work for 1.5 clients!! They dupe the clients as well as resources

1. No appraisal -they will delay it if client goes then forget about your hike. They will say they are paying you salary and you should be grateful for that. 2. Worst HR Team- They lie when they recruit you and once you have joined they all are very rude and no response and they will cut your salary due to attendance sync issues which may not be your fault. Also, they will not reply 3. Even if you are on 8 hour client the unsaid expectation is to work on 1.5 client (12 hours)so they cheat clients as well as make the resource work for extra hours. No extra pay for all the efforts although they may promise. Their attendance system becomes faulty if you work extra so you will never have any legal proof 4. Team Leads are big pretenders. They will say we cannot do appraisal . They will not take your calls. They will promise help but will disappear or not take calls when you need.them.Seriously dummy managers!! Also, they will put DND whole day saying they go on calls and will make resources do their client work.if you are not a chamcha you will not grow 5. No leaves even if you have a positive leave balance 6. They will ask you to serve notice period of 2 months but if you don't have client they will terminate you within a week without compensation. They make you sign a bond which makes you pay the damages. The Team Leads will harass you so much that you will be frustrated 7. Beware of their clients.....you will not grow professionally the clients will harass you and so will the Team Leads. No matter how bad the client they will always say performance issues and harass you 8. Do not believe the positive reviews they ask the remaining employees to write them

Work culture is pathetic. Too much politics. They will always change their statement even after the commitments and you will not be able to do anything because if you will say anything they will through you out from the company by giving one month notice period. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL. They can through you as per their choice.

Such a pathetic work culture nothing good.

Worst work culture, rubbish management, no ethics no discipline. Burrabazar shops are better to work compared to this horrible organization. Nasty politics and conspiracy against good employees are a common practice. No training or any skills developement initiative from the organization. Worst HR team in Noida and Kolkata. Do not go by the good reviews as they are posted by the spoons of the center head and management.

Management trusting on tenured people rather than believing on new employee. Lots of goof ups and politics. The tenured people wants to save thier places by blaming the new one.
