...spect. They talk about big projects and plans but have no funds to back them up. Salary delays are routine, and employees who left months and years ago are still waiting for their settlements. When they want to terminate someone, they don't initiate discussions, or serve notice. Instead, they cut off communication and start non-cooperation, forcing the employees into an impossible situation until they resign. This is a clear tactic to avoid paying notice period dues. A toxic, unprofessional company that's heading for closure.
