The management in India lacks respect towards the employee. They run the office like a slave trade and the SEO/PPC manager is an unprofessional narrow-minded individual who tries to hurt the employees under him using personal remarks. The core team is based in Canada, they are a bunch of great people, are soft-spoken and respect their employees unlike the management in India.
