They will not pay you anything no matter how much you work. They will ask you to work from 10 am to 8 pm & at the end they will not give you your stipend just by giving some silly reasons. Toxic work culture. Be aware of such scam companies.

Management could be more efficient, and financial growth is slower. The learning and professional growth opportunities are excellent. Better suited for skill-building than long-term financial progression.

No salary given at time. You have to ask for continuously 3 months for 1 month salary. poor work culture, worst management, seniors have too much ego. Have to work even on Sundays , also you will have to work after 12 am also. Too much toxicity, seniors don't give reply on queries and expects from there juniors to complete work on time without clarifying the needs. No job security. Wish there was a 0 star rating.

The higher official are way too over smart and they do college favoritism. I have come to a conclusion that their company is thriving on Interns. They have very less full time employees. They do their business just by hiring interns at less than 10k per month (which they do not even give on time) and they repeat this cycle every year. They visit colleges, in the name of Internship + Placement, hire interns and their work culture is so toxic that they too know many interns will leave their company after internship. Avoid such companies, there is nothing soo much to learn from them.
