Appointed As Software Engineer but

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Appointed as trainee software engineer but there was no job training(technical), and you can't aspect training. I had 2 years bond, till 2 years i had no technical works!!! only software(Banking Sector) installation and training to client !! after 2 years got little knowledge on MySQL database but not coding(not given sufficient time to go through). I have not got any experience letter even after working sincerely while leaving, one of my colleague didn't receive till. In had bad experience in this company.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
