The micromanagement can be frustrating, the work culture isn't always balanced, and the salary increments are quite low. Additionally, the HR team is one of the worst I've experience unethical , unprofessional, and lacking in support and responsiveness.

As a prospective employee of Techversant, you will enjoy the company with good colleagues, there are seniors from whom you can learn something. You get to celebrate festivals. HR team really put effort to organize monthly birthday celebrations, festivals, and events. Hikes are based on performance which is measured by team leads and managers. So Productivity is measured from the perspective of team leads you don't get a say in it! You have to reach productive hours every month. You can be promoted up to team lead, there is no other position to be promoted to as most of the projects are very long-term projects. Good choice if you are in your 30s or 40s and willing to spend the rest of your life working on one project and one technology. If you are in your 20's please don't get stuck in the world of ColdFusion learn new technologies, there is react, typescript, graphdb, mongodb, rust, go lang etc. Learn and spread your wings. ColdFusion is never gonna take you anywhere it's like a quicksand you will be drowning each day.

Let me start with the opportunity to learn. You will be interviewed for whatever you are currently in and for 90% of the time you will be converted into a ColdFusion developer, when they tell you, you will be trained in new technology, the technology will be ColdFusion (which is not open source and belonging to Adobe) that means lesser job opportunity when you are out of Techversant. You will have to play with one technology for the rest of your career. You will have to wait until your retirement from Techversant to learn new Technology. World is moving on with Serverless technology like node, typescript and rust, golang, etc and so and so and you will be stuck with "Programming ColdFusion". The problem with ColdFusion is though it is a beautiful language, the cost of running the server and maintaining it is too high, so you can never build something on this language for yourself, concerning clients' cost, speed, scaling, and efficiency all with low server cost is a reason there are very few companies doing ColdFusion. 95% of the time you will be fixing bugs with their product which means you will forget what it takes to build a new project. You have 3 months notice period which means 90% of potential employers will turn down your resume. Either you have to resign in advance to find a job or you have to stay forever in Techversant.

Good for Juniors. if you aiming growth, no! And office timing regulations, very bad - 8:30 hours must, and will cut salary for each accumulation greater than 2 hours on every month even if you deliver your projects on time.
