I am very happy with the work culture here. The company provides great growth opportunities and company-wide learning courses to help build our skills.

There isn't anything specific I dislike overall, it's a positive environment to work and learn.

It was good at start and had a fun and good culture.

Dislikes

Its full of politics and no regards for hardworking employees now and its a hell hole with no job security as you can be let go within one day and they have only 1-2 good projects from where revenue comes other products are struggling.

It's been just above 2 months, and things are great so far. Nothing as such to complain about. I feel I'm not that great like I used to before and there's a lot I'm learning each day here.

Dislikes

Not a dislike but a suggestion, This is a straightforward company which you'll either love or hate, it's not for everyone, it's not that sugar coated fancy talk corporate atmosphere. Everyone is made accountable for every step they take and everyone should know how they are adding value to the company each day. It's a heaven for the kinda folks who like freedom with accountability. Ain't for the faint hearted average ones who just does something because they were said to without knowing reason.
