The staff , the hierarchy, the CEO, everyone is a fraud and thieves, I think their clients are also getting duped

They don't pay salaries for 3 months , exploit their employees, if someone complaints against them, then they'll put false allegations against the employees. There are a lot of cases running in labour court. I won't want any of my IT friends to join this neverending trap, you won't be able to leave without losing your salary

...ds to make wrong decisions. False promises is just another feather to their hat. Delayed salary, poor infrastructure and lack of professionalism which doesn't mean open work culture at all.

Here you will get salary delayed for atleast 3 month suppose current month is February so in this month you will receive December salary. After serving notice period you will not even get your Full and final settlement.

If you're not part of the management's inner circle, you risk being overlooked despite your efforts. Overall, the environment fosters toxicity over talent. I recommend seeking opportunities elsewhere where merit and reliability are valued.
