You will get to learn substantial things throughout the journey at Techure. But one thing that will be messed up will be your work-life balance.(If you have joined Techure just make sure you are here to learn in your initial period). NO CAFETERIA!

Work culture is awesome you can work their in day to night 24/7 without OT (then also no one appreciates you)

Dislikes

You feel like you are worse than labour. No support from management they set the target date of short duration so that they will get project but employees has to pay that mistake by doing work in day/night. In a week you will go many times after 8-9 pm from morning. Because of work culture many people left from here.

Great organisation! Good management! Love working for the company. Everyday is a new challenge! No let-gos during the lockdown. Everyone retained. In fact, hiring more people.
