...curity, one day they will come and say, we are going to shutdown the company. 2. No proper salary structure. 3. Worst HR and management. 4. They don't know how to run a company. 5. HR don't know the company policies. Not fit to be an HR. She don't even know to type a sentence without grammatical error. Employees only should teach her how to type a relieving letter. 6. They will not give salary. 7. PF account they will create, but PF will not be credited in our accounts. 8. Management don't know how to treat an employee. 9. HR or the management will not attend your calls, if we ask for salary. 10. Partially will be there in providing the salary. (Example: If you do favour to the company, you will gee the salary, or else they will hold your salary. No proper salary date will be mentioned.) If you want your future to be good, please don't select this company.

The company gives full freedom to work as I like but while coming to work they wish to complete the work in time. As an embedded design engineer company encourages me to update myself and helps to learn. Work Environment was maintained well.We can experience the friendly work culture.Good company for the freshers to work and learn.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
