I had the opportunity to work with techsurance and I must say that my experience was exceptionally positive. From the moment I stepped into their office I was greeted with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The team leaders ( Benjamin sir )in particular play a crucial role in maintaining this positive work culture. Speaking of team leaders I had the pleasure of working under an exceptional level. Their leadership skills were truly a catalyst for success. They were approachable supportive and constantly provided guidance and feedback to ensure that every team member had the resources and support they needed to excel. Overall I highly recommend Techsurance to anyone seeking a professional and efficient business partner. They might have good reviews in Google don't trust it because the reviews are provided by the investors of the company and employees that are favoured by the company in reality this is a company which spells out instability and lack of professionalism. The top management does not have a clue what the team leaders and managers are doing. While I was in this company I worked under 4 team leaders it's just a gist of their stability as a management. It is not ideal for women to work here because they had a POSH complaint and the management failed to provide proper judgement and the rest of the employees and the TL are just immature individuals and kids it feels like a college rather than a proper functioning company. By joining this company you will only suffer. They have shift timings but it's not fixed you will be called whenever the clients need it and no holiday in this company

The work culture is amazing, a very young and enthusiastic team makes the place vibrant. The management is very approachable. There's a lot to learn personally and professionally.

Actually nothing, it all depends on how you accept change and opportunities. Naysayers will always crib, be it any situation. It's a great place to work.

Good for the starters or freshers

No learnings and skill development, no proper job timings, client may not talk properly or use bad language for mistakes even to freshers and you have to adjust bcoz they are giving business to your organisation No support from company and work culture is just little good thats it.
