...k-Life balance is good. Working days are Monday-Friday. Company culture is OK. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security here. Incentive on closing the position to the recruiter is very low. There is no cafeteria in the office. Company don't recognize the efforts put by the employees. If you meet the daily target before the end of the day, then the management increases the target but there is no appreciation for efficiency. If an employee is unable to achieve the extra target despite achieving the normal target for all the employees, then, the team lead/manager starts abusing that employee.

Working here for last 2 years...So far great experience. Good performance is appreciated and acknowledged. Hikes during appraisals is good. You don't have to butter up ur manager for it - no petty politics. Senior management is involved & directly discuss ur performance & expectations. Overall great 2 years and can see myself working for 2 more years easily.

There is no pressure from your superiors or managers once they assign you a task. They give full space to work at your own pace and comfort which in my opinion is the biggest thing because if I compare with other places I have worked for... they ask for updates every hour. Also employees are quite friendly and helpful.

I have been associated with Techsist since last 1+ Years and its great working here. Excellent Clients to work with, Learning and growth, Highly knowledgeable managers to work with, Healthy & Competitive work environment. Overall its a great place to work.

No fun team activities Feedback a little slow from clients

Permanent work from home is the best part. Managers are very supportive and are patient to guide you. Team mates overall very helpful and non toxic. Management don't micro manage you.

Dislikes

Saturdays are working. No fun activities.
