TechSB is one of the worst companies to work for. There is absolutely no job security, the management is incompetent, and internal politics dominate the workplace. Employees are forced to work extra hours without any additional benefits. There’s no proper medical care, PF is not credited on time, salaries are often delayed, and employees are fired without any proper compensation or notice. This is a typical "lala-baniya" company where the owner is extremely rude, and their behavior becomes even worse when things go wrong. The work environment is toxic, and there is no value given to employees. Please think twice before joining TechSB. Don’t ruin your career or your mental peace by stepping into this disaster of a company.

...s gonna eat your mental health, no one has worked here for more than 3-4 months.They will cut half of your salary even if you are 5 min late. False promises made by them.
