Working here was extremely terrible experience. 1. No proper management. 2. Favouritism(only works on favouritism) 3. No team work. 4. Rule over employees. 5. No Skilled leaders. 6. If you are expecting growth you are at wrong place. 7. No work life balance. 8. Toxic environment. 9. When you are on leave or weekend, you will get calls to work. 10. Holidays are only in calendar, but you need to work on that day. 11. On paper it is Monday to Friday, but you need to work on weekends. 12. No time policy, you will get calls whenever, whatever time. 13. No proper requirement will be shared to work on.

No positives only a trap would be set up for employers gain. Management is least bothered about employees only Favouritism is preferred. Better to stay out of puppets.

In my experience working at Techouts is completely disheartening. This company lacks clear direction and communication from management, leading to confusion and inefficiency to employees. There is a clear culture of Favouring ppl over other employees. With inadequate recourse and leads it’s pretty hard to survive. Overall Think before taking such calls with these kind of employers.

so many wonderful things about working for the company. I also love the company culture & enjoy working with everyone. It looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge & confident.
