If you're a fresher n looking for full time job then don't go for this company. Their work culter is suitable for only experienced person. Coz they hire candidates, but don't provide a good training while they will give you 3 months of internship period and after that they can directly fired you without any intimation. Their staff is not so cooperative. They don't follow time. Even they don't solve ur problems or queries, if you're a fresher. They only interested in experienced ppls.

...tiple technologies. Its good for a fresher where he can explore multiple things. Career growth salary wise it is best in industry compare to Multinational Companies.

It should be good if we can get some training on ongoing technologies like ML, Analytics Side.

Good level of start up No pressure of work Corporate culture They pay good salary for interns Weekly once we can take work from home if manager is good you can take as per your requirement

Little space Only tt game No security of job any time you may be fired if ur out of bond There is no particular timing, for some it is good they depart early but some people stay till late nyts due to work or client calls totally manager dependent There is no proper training sessions for freshers and interns seniors train them(not even train they will be busy with their work they only guide you 99% Google teach you) Learning at techolution is like learning from self I.e, learning from home

- No work life balance - Offers only a 3% hike during appraisals, but throughout the year makes lots of fake promises about promotions. It's surprising that managers like this still exist in the organization, with no action taken against them. - Major layoffs happen frequently here. -

Job security is zero. They’ll make you work till 4am and expect you to do the same every other day. One senior guy suddenly joins the project and changes the entire design and functionality and expects the results immediately. Not ready to listen to reason or discuss the issues, too much gap in communication. The code quality is shit. They just want things to be done. HR team is full of clowns, very unprofessional, they’ll false promise you anything to get you onboard
