Technova is like a Family, very good support from everyone. Technova is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Earlier the company was good and market leader in offset printing plates industry. Company's promoters/owners are really good.

Dislikes

The company's leadership lacks a clear and cohesive vision, resulting in challenges when determining optimal investment and business strategies for the company's benefits. The focus seems to be limited to becoming a dealer or distributor. No any investment in manufacturing plant or new own products from last 7-8 years consider to the business expansion. The team has not been refreshed which impacts the innovation and dynamism of the company. The appraisals are subpar (upto negligible). No reward and recognition for the employees and there is practice of deducting employee bonuses by HR in the name of cost cutting. Additionally, the travel policies are unsatisfactory and there seems to be little room for young employee growth. Unfortunately some of the team leaders & General managers appear to lack the necessary skills to guide their teams effectively.

In North East zone there's full of politics by Kunal Ghosh and Arun naskar. They are a big liar and suddenly without your opinion force you to travel long distance dangerous road for their relaxation. Always put their blame on you . Manager is also a big bull.

Work culture and team work is excellent in Technova. Team leader appreciation to its team member leads to quality of work . Employee safety Health and satisfaction is priority .
