Can neither learn anything new here nor is there any growth here u will never get complete salary and not on time .They have a project of 2 years from the moment, but these people ever fire anyone from their job without any reason. They will get their salary after 2, 3 months. that too half

Technopak is a good place to work in. The management is very supportive and understanding.

Dislikes

Compensation and timely salary policy is very poor. Employees don't get their hard earned money on time. There are instance of ex-employees not getting their final settlement after years. Thats why employees don't work for longer period with Technopak.

1. No salaries on time. Delay by 2 months 2. Incompetent managers. Don't have any skill or domain knowledge. Always delegate the work to junior and don't even guide them.

Few projects were interesting. Senior management does not review the deliverables closely, so it is upto Project manager to ensure quality of deliverable.

Dislikes

... such as timely payment of salary, depositing PF / TDS and other statutory dues. The vertical heads get their payment and other incentives on time but team members have salary delays of upto 10/11 months. In September, the court has appointed IRP professional for liquidation of company to settle creditor's dues.

The salary didn't come within time even for a single month. It was getting delayed for as long as 3 months from the scheduled date. Even when the company was generating revenues, it was getting diverted to other businesses instead of paying employees' salaries.
