My wrost experience ever just because of factory policies, they are strict for morning timings but not punctual for off timing it will be changed its totally depends on factory owner, you'll be work here for 9hrs but there only 15 minutes for lunch and leftovers time you will be do your work, sitting on your working table approx 8 and half hrs, 5 minutes tea break which will be over correct on five minutes and your back to the local quality plastic chairs which is very uncomfortable, no leaves no matter for what reason your on leave, no holidays excluding sunday, your job is not secure here they will be get you out any time, no offer letter, and if you want then work here like a factory labour for 1 year at least then you get you offer letter or joining letter otherwise your working months not countable, please clear your all queries on your interview everything what you want to know about factory otherwise you dont have any option to waste you time at there it's my personal experience as a production engineer and the last thing beware of personal pet of the factory owner
