As I approach my 1-year milestone at TH, I can confidently say it has been the most remarkable experience of my 20 year career both in terms of people and culture. TH fosters an environment of openness in every aspect of work, offering opportunities to collaborate across diverse roles and teams. The accessibility of steer group and senior management, coupled with a welcoming culture, ensures a sense of ease and integration. It is truly inspiring to see how my contributions align with TH's vision and mission, creating a profound sense of purpose and belonging.

Dislikes

There isn't anything to dislike about TH but I feel there has to be more responsibility given to people below and I am sure it will eventually happen as TH grows and management finds the trust and talent.

Likes

For me working with TH has been the most fulfilling job so far in my career. While growth has always been on top of my radar, I find it very difficult to work with organizations with toxic culture. TH provided me with a bundle of growth opportunities and helped me realize my full potential. I excelled at a few things that I didn't know I was capable of doing. All this comes with a very good culture where each individual's ideas and thoughts are respected. During my tenure with TH, I also went through a bad phase in my personal life but the sort of support I got shows you are much more than a mere resource.

Dislikes

I don't really dislike it but a few people can. Like any IB, the working hours are pretty long and to do's are never ending. But no weekend working.

Collaborative, transparent and friendly work environment, good work life balance, non hierarchical and merit based culture, great learning opportunities, strong deal pipeline
