It's a product based company. We can learn new technologies here. Hike also good. For freshers or new comers can come out as pro in there technology.

But salary will not provide in time. While relieving almost 1 lakh salary balance will be pending from there end. Also they expect us to work over time min 10-12 hrs

Scope for learning is very high.

Expect's same kind of work from freshers also. won't get salary in time, some times it may take months to get salary. They won't care about Employee's health. If you don't come on Saturday then on Monday you will have different treatment. If you stay more time in office then they feel like you are doing more work.

1.) Giving priority to non working candidates. 2.) inability to know who works hard and who are not 3.) Giving priority to MCA eventhough they are not doing well

The product niche was good and happening when it was launched. Had potential to grow.

While as a product startup the focus was there on the retail segment and on the capabilities of the product there was no expertise or focus on the clients, regulations, and compliances apart from the market realities.where most startups fail this was another one at that..
