The work culture here is excellent , With a supportive and approachable management team .There are abundant opportunities for learning ,and the diverse range of clients provides a broad Spectrum of experiences.

As a organization they innovate good training programs such are LinkedIn Naukri.com Hirist.com Foundation etc.,

Technogen doesn't give Scope to upscale via promotions. I was with the same from 4 years throughout my journey I brought lots of things with reputation by work from clients areas. No Recognition Zero respect.

The management has consistently shows their support during challenging times. Supportive colleagues, team leads and Managers. The company offers an excellent work life balance, making me feel like working in a perfect place, especially i begin my career journey.

It's good company for those who wanted to pursue their career in IT recruitment domestic/US staffing . They have good and big clients and lots of skills and fields where they recruit people.

They are professional..they just want result no matter how you create there are targets that you need to achieve. If you don't reach better to look for other opportunities:) 😜😜
