Dislikes

.... Having hyper ego problem. Don't know the problems of private sector employees. Always concentrate on how to cut the money from employees salary. Giving only 7 days leave after 6 months probation period. Guest house facilities are very bad. No transportation facilities available. MD is having very weak ear and he is having too much chamcha. No scope of our progress. No salary hike or increament and last but not list no job security.

No thing special ... Bonus is given but u can be thrown out of company any time ... During my tenure , three candidates were badly treated ...

I was not paid for nearly three months . When communicated , no response from senior management . Better not to join freshers .. no learning means ...
