I dislike Technocraze because of their Management and their ignorance towards their ex-employees. Never met owner Deep Rand awa, i think he motivates management to do everything lightly and never use brain. Call me GRAYsun.

Salary Discrimination: There is noticeable discrimination in salary for employees holding the same positions. This disparity is demotivating and fosters a sense of unfairness among staff.Senior Behavior: The behavior of senior staff members is often unprofessional and disrespectful. This negatively impacts team morale and productivity.Lack of Support from HR and Upper Management: Despite multiple attempts to seek support, there has been little to no assistance from HR or upper management regarding these issues. This lack of responsiveness and support is concerning and needs to be addressed. Also you be not be able to take your leaves.

This is the worst company I've ever been. The whole HR department is a big lier specially these 3 are the most Dishonest and unprofessional people Senior HR Gunjali and Recruiter Sonal and Shweta. They run the company's system in a very Unprofessional way. They promote the Nepotism in the company. A very bad company to work with also it's a blacklisted company. I would suggest people not to join them.
