Nothing like work culture really exists. Logging in time is confirmed but loggin out time is not into existence. Old and rigid working practices Management is supportive but oxthodox and not progressive. Organisation have huge financial crisis

- Playing with the future of the student. NOw allowing to get into the exam room. For a shit reason like a few amounts is left to pay or they are few % short in attendance. - NO value of faculty opinion. Just like Hitler rule. - No on-time salary. Chairmen is focused on to open more colleges.

but management is like every private company, they support even workers who work for 10 years and beat their teaching staff for their workers.

The work atmosphere is like a jail and managing director of this institution is mental patient, her name is Surbhi Karsoliya she has eaten up institution's pride, name and capital. She is brutal, dictator and real life witch. I thank God that I left that mad woman's institution within a week otherwise she would have eaten me also. Pathetic place to work with. MRS. Surbhi Karsoliya is a real life witch, nightmare of this institution until she is there she will eat everyone's life career and money. She does not deserve anything because I think she is not a woman, she laughs at others weakness when someone comes to clarify she runs away as if her faculties are her maid. A biggest Kickoff to her.
