I didn't like anything good while doing job here. Because the culture of this company is so bad. Senior saves there job while ruined the entire life of junior & also didn't care about there future also . They only need is money while they didn't care about the employees & as well worker, operator life.

Dislikes

In this company senior destroy the carrier of junior while saving there job. In this company president, plant head as well CEO always support production supervisor rather then supporting quality supervisior. After knowing who is destroying the product quality then also. They didn't take action on problem in our hand of problem while quality person told. They only take action when problem come out at customer end.. So doing work in this company is a very bad idea.

here if you are in the quality department then you have to back yourself at your own no one is going to support you if you are showing that you have knowledge. if you are junior then you should always say yes to your boss .
