My first company, having a excellent journey of 1.5 years so far, work environment is good, people are helping & good team members. Managers are also supportive towards work & helping in nature.

Dislikes

HR policies are not up to the mark, they can cut your salary by any reason which we cannot expect(not always) & also late increments by HR even if your manager upproves your increment.HR policies are not quite good.

Department manager and employees relationship I learned more skills. Company better for experienced persons

HR and employees relationship very worst HR behaviours very bad ,plays more politics in employee benefits and compensation.

The company is open to accept the changes in business dealing in Railways and School uniforms distribution to various schools, I am a part of the management. as a result I am responsible for finance and accounts dept, I have to file monthly report to CFO and Director of the company.and even I have enjoyed with my colleagues alot along with my work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow even I have to wait till 9.30 .p.m, all staff are supportive only doing manual work they don't understand computer work they are just asking for help only. in half of the month staff is absent whole responsibility will be on 2 or 3 staff except bonus there is no other facility and travelling from home is very far i.e Virar to Mahim.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...l educated form NTTF. I learner new things which I haven't learnt in my collage. While coming to the salary it good but that much of is not helping me to survive. The products which we are manufactured which are getting transported to different countries. I learnt japanese manufacturing systems which is cool and more reliable. Work environment is good. Staffs are helping me to innovate new things.so I have learnt ISO STANDARDS and attended in the ISO audits. I worked as a TOOL AND DIE MAKER And a SYSTEM COORDINATOR FOR THE TPM WORKS.

Coming to the work culture is poor I experienced bad about it.
