Got to learn a lot by working there, got to learn many things from our officers about how to do our work, how to handle people etc.

First of all, if I ever get a chance there again in the future, I would like to work there again, I used to earn my living from there, it is my workplace, I can never say anything bad about that place. The management work was slow and that too now everything is fine and has improved. Yes, I just want to say that very soon this company will reach great heights.

Likes

The work culture of tmc is good. Seniors of tmc are very helpful and doesn't have any ego. Job security is also very good. I have got lots pf exposure to almost every important aspects of mining , that one should have in order to become a highly productive mining engineer

Dislikes

There is slight space for improvement in food and accommodation of employees

The Key management Persons thought is very high objective, always goal seeking nature, & very easy to job without any pressurisation in this prestigious organisation.
