Salary not on time almost one month delay. Internal Department staff not supporting, too much politics in this company, HR department also helpless for employees. To much harrasement for employees.

...rowth & Opportunities are very poor. This company me aap increment bhul hi jaao. Salary ka koi dedline nahi he salary aagai to bahut badi baat he.

They started well but end up in bankruptcy. We as a employee lost our hard earn money by not getting our full and final claims including gratuity and even my own pocket paid insurance claim which was approved and paid by insurance company. But money didn't reached me from my employer as it bombed at that time only and shut the doors for us to ask for our money. Venugopal Dhoot and his family looted us like robbers. They will suffer a lot for cheating their employees like me.

Dislikes

Fraud company, always indulge in frauds and manipulation. Political support in their frauds. They cheat people, employees, vendors, investors, customers and everyone they deal at any level at any cost for money and business.

Techno Kart is open to innovation and readily adopts latest trends of the market. Multi brands dealing in terms of general trade & modern trade in single roof, makes it unique. I love the fact that I am a part of a team of markets reliable, high quality products.

Team Mates are co-operate,no training last 5 years, growth are average,3 time appraisal ,no traveling,all intellectual person in this company,work environment good. work life balance good.
