Every one is puppets of higher management, no appreciation, no job security, toxic work culture. Fake CMMI Level 5 certificate, fake claims of in-house 400 developers and provide higher market rates to the genuine clients and deliver them low quality services. Join only if you have good buttering skills to offer each and every higher management members including process manager and can survive without any job security.

Scam management. Disrespectful people's. Fraud HR department. Not giving salary for their work. I experienced this kind of fraud activity from Technoexponent. They know how to scam. I spent some money from my hand. But I don't get any benifits from the company.

They did not provide my salary due to some emergency i informed that i will not be able to continue work so they did not say about serve notice period they directly said okay drop us email do i dropped mail same day for resignation and later on it was my WFH so i courier their assets and after that i asked them to pay salary but they said you are not eligible for that and they blocked me seriously fraud company
