...anagement from HR department to operation team no improvement if you work there. If you give proper resignation they hold your salary and they didn't give reliving letter also, tcfm Chennai management didn't no about employees rules and regulations. If you work in that organisation you life will be destroyed.im very shame to work in that organisation. Don't trust MR.Manivanan, Sivakumar,HR department Praveen, pramoth and dhanaseakar. Total team wast plz don't join that organisation and wast your life. They didn't deploye man power also and tcfm operation team forced to you see continue shift and they didn't give coff and over time. If you continue finally you got Gandhi account only. Thank you.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that make mi a best in technical knowledging person. So I hope company give mi a best opportunity to grow up my knowledge and promot me and help to go ahead. Thanks regard Sagar

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

They are focus on equipment only...they are not considered for us..one time tea also not given..

There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary was not worth it.. compared my experience

Tcfm is good company under embassy , office staff they way of talking with employees is good .

Tcfm company is good but , no opportunities for growup and salary increments , fecilities , for employees no CL and PL , 4 to 5 years doing same designation . No encouragement from company side.

...e staff requirements.no training for new joinees before they entering the site . salary part is okay . But life insurence part is not upto the mark (only for individual person who were working staffs)
