Some departments dont really have work life balance. Company just says that they support all internal job transfers. But thats not really true for foreign opportunities. Upper management and middle management views on Employee Employer relationship differs.

...ce. No human values followed. Seniors make their lobbies and bully on employees. Compulsory extended hour working without pay. Company doesn't care about employee health or well being. Finishing projects before targets in less hours than estimated, so seniors can have its cash benefit, but lower level employee get pissed off mentally and physically. Abusive language by seniors is very common.

Company is good for work satisfaction because they load plenty of work always. Depends on lead.

...n't bother for contract people and no proper hikes as well especially in piping. They take extra hours work but pay less hours.
