... company but still behaves like old school management and highly micro managing. Salary is very low when compared with market also benefits are very low. Providing tight targets and resources for the quality expected which disturbs work-life balance. Less vibrant work culture and keeping hierarchy to speak up. Less fun factor in office atmosphere

Some departments dont really have work life balance. Company just says that they support all internal job transfers. But thats not really true for foreign opportunities. Upper management and middle management views on Employee Employer relationship differs.
