Salary and facilities are relevant as per Industry standards.

Working hours is more. 10 hrs should be decreased by 9 hrs. The position should not be on FTC/Third party. There is not a permanent role. Once the project completed, you will almost loss your job.

Some departments dont really have work life balance. Company just says that they support all internal job transfers. But thats not really true for foreign opportunities. Upper management and middle management views on Employee Employer relationship differs.

overall a good organisation to work with, lots of work opportunities and nice culture , good pay master but there is a lack of good management , there are no systematic back ups and plans in case there is a crunch or someone leaves immediately , rest all is good .
