...’t how a business is developed. Pathetic work culture and very strict timings. They straightaway cut employee salary.

The management guys are the worst. Especially medha sakpal. She has started her own company called techniche imunita hired 3 employees and pays them hefty salary. Their only job is to sit in office watch linkedin and then watch serials and do gossip with her.

Likes

Nothing to like. Management is aimless and having so much concern of business but that tok without any ground support. In short they ate day dreamer. Managemebt wakes up suddenly aks for result. And yes they are expert enough to keep their employee for any mistake or loss which may have been incurred due to their pathetic decision making attitute. In total not recommended work in such company.

...ess proficinacy No business skill Salaries are never in time. Always delays. And whenever management want, they will put any ones salary on hold for no reason. If employee does followup for salary then that enployee is not competative enough and they consider them unded poerformance whereas employee must have given great effort in to the business. They just do not want or they dont accept their mistake. This is very very pathetic attitute

No goal they just dream of smthing at night and other day thy become the work for the day Suddenly theu realize that its not important and then come with other set of work. Poorly managed owners are aimless

They play politics with staff and without any infomation they jus fire u from company i think we r mature enoufh to understant money crises every start up has so its not right to hide that issue and say that employee is not performer It is better approch to talk one on one and end it mutually instead of being badly unprofessional and dictator of misleaded brains
