Kind Attention: All Engineer This is the review I'm putting to save young engineers from this nonsense company (Technical and trading electromechanical LLC, Dubai / Al gurg engineering services, Chennai) and manager (Jitender Kumar) and hr (anyone from Dubai or Chennai). They will call you for estimation and design job and give you some hike. But they will force you to work 14 to 16 hours regularly and even many days for full day and night. They will give lot of work and unnecessary pressure and make you to resign within 3 to 4 months. Because of him (Jitender) every year minimum 5 to 8 employees reliving from the company. This bloody north indian nonsense fellow (Jitender) lives in chennai with his family to spoiling lot of tamilnadu engineers. Please don't believe them and spoil your career. Believe me this message I'm putting to save other engineers from this bloody company.

In Technical Trading Co. L.L.C the working environment is very good, friendly and helping. The staff is very friendly and helping. Hood working ethics between the employee and employer. Rest Everything is same as gulf environment and changing day by day.

Growth is super slow as the whole gulf is passing through the economic fluctuations.

I love my company because here will get training as much we required for our good future, and here its better job security compare to other company.

Nothing. Everyday is a fight against internal politics & safeguarding yourself & your job. No point in working hard in this company.
