... poor managers and a micro managing chairman! Salaries are continuously delayed. Company expects free long hours of hard work without any compensation or gratitude. Work skills and diligence is immaterial in Technical Parts. If you want growth you need to be a YES MAN. Divide and rule is the corporate policy. Just like India the company is divided on religious lines and casteist politics.

Dislikes

Divide and rule policy. And favoritism and nepotism. No job security, HR policies & appraisals done only in paper for attaining ISO certification.

it is a good opportunity to learn get trained from experienced colleague and senior management. Job is secured . More about depend on the team leader.

Dislikes

poor performance analysis system and compensation. Separation based on the origin is major difficult part i feel from this company.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
