Less pay, drama when ask for leaves, no proper way to talk, always asking for overtime without paying anything, working on saturday sometimes without any payment, most of the time ask to do tge worknot concerned with profile

I don't think i like anything in Technains, only one thing that Cleague and other employees in the team is good but no one is there now.

Dislikes

1. There are salary issue not coming on time even they didn't notifying earlier, same day at 10th of the month they mail the employees that your salary would be delayed by 20th or 25th of the month. They are giving cash to the employees. 2. Policy are so toxic 3. There is no work ethics, no work culture. 4. Employees even can't take leave. 5. They are not giving offer letter even many follow up after 6 months 6. They are not giving employees experience letter and fnf in the last.

The work life balance is good and it’s good for people who want to start a career.

Dislikes

...ons are exceptionally rude and treat their employees like a third class citizen. The salary is extremely low and even after that they find excuses to cut the remaining meager salary that they give you. The absconding cases in the company is extremely high because of their behavior towards their employees.
