Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Sales persons have no sense about how to talk with females. Business head is also same. He has no sense about how to talk to females. Due to business head many employees are quitting and that result into spooling someone’s career. No degree holders can stay here for long term. There is no differentiation in role of graduate, undergraduate, post graduated and degree holders. They will give more respect, authority and responsibility to under graduated. No policy of how business works. They are only passing loans on the basis of targets. There is no fix timing of work. They force even females to stay till midnight. If you will not stay till midnight business head will insult you very badly. So at last I can say that one should chose being unemployed and wait for good opportunities rather working here.

They better know How to harass someone And how to torture someone on work place, nothing like good in this if you're thinking to join so mark my words you should start to find another company from the first day to join here.. bcz you will not work here more than 2 month,

Below are the details point about Company & BH surat- 1. No work life balance here only they will only harm your mental health. 2. If you are not having any job and thinking to join so my friend pls don't join after joining you realise this thing. 3. If you are working any NBFC where you pressurized and you are thinking to join in this company so my dear friend stay away from this bcz you will be more harrase here by and you will ruined your own just bcz of some greed. I have seen some people leave their job but they only got cheated by BH. Within 2 month he told them to look for another job. 4. No work life balance, no leaves and no personal time only harassing innocent peoples. 5. If you are fresher and looking to join so pls take some more time and search another good company Even they offer you some less amount of salary but don't join otherwise you You will hate doing any type of job. 6. Only those people who are not getting jobs outside are working here. 7. BH Mr. Pandey Used abusing words for employees they don't have sence how to talk with our employees and what is the dignity of position, how to respect of a person who works under, he does not know. 8. Business head mukesh pandey Shouting on peoples, telling a lie Telling the management about any employee and ruining his/her image. 9. BH has the control of HR's Whatever it may be, credit operation sales, however everything comes under it. 10. So if you are a good and generous type of person, And you have responsibility for your family So u should search another place for work, no one is going to listen to you here, Not BH not management nor HR. 11. I never seen this type of person (BH) in my life and Don't want to see, he not having heart he is like a stone how to abuse, how to How to humiliate someone, How to demotivate someone, How to trouble a person who is doing some work, Working with such a person is a far thing, but even being in the vicinity of such a person makes one feel dejected. 12. Note- so my friend here is the detailed information any point which is shared with all of you, there some peoples share good reviews but You won't believe it but those people are not active anymore, they were removed from the company within 2 months.

No single point is good for company. Sales oriented company. Declined cases reopen and sanction the cases and after some some time all customer are bouncing. Business head is very bad. He have no idea how to vtalk girls. He use bad words talk with female employee. Business head has no sense of humar. Don't reference this company. Personal life is zero. Be safe don't join this Company.

Nothing is good about company since starting to end They company is same no work culture, no respects of the employees ( Jaha Marzi waha bula ke gali Dena gandi gandi baatye sunana) Even directors are most worst in this company.

Everything thing about this company. No work timings just work like labour even we have to work on Sunday and no support from the superior because jo directors bolye ge wahi hora hai. Even in festival holiday we have to work. Worst Things in company : Directors behaviour they are educated but they only behave and treat like uneducated. Company culture/ Pathetic environment. No work timings just work. No motivation ( All are scared to speak because if you speak they will fire you) Only politics. Just last for TCPL - please don't forget we are only working and try to do our best company will earn good profits but it's doesn't mean you behave with employees like daily wages worker. (No one gonna continue if culture will be the same)
