Likes

It is good for fresher in the first 1-2 years for learning and getting experience.However, beyond that , it become a dead end. If you stay longer than 2 years, you are essentially wasting both your time and you skills as there is minimal opportunities for growth .

Dislikes

1. They have a shortage of project. Mostly of employees are left on bench with nothing to do,simply collecting a salary without contrbuting to anything meaningful although thsey wanted to do. 2. The Top Management is the most clueless person. He has no idea how to run a company, Manage project or bring in the new work.His leadership is utterly ineffective. 3. The work environment is incredibly toxic, with excessive micro-management from both the director and the HR personnel. 4. Some employees have been mush year of experience , but their continued presence is due to favoritism and the regional bias, not merit, These individuals fail to justify their year of experience and lack essential leadership qualities. 5. There are constant issue with break times, early going, late arrivals,casual leave, and planned leave.The management is obsessed with micromanaging every little details and they expect you to remain in the office. 6. The company promises promotions, but they never follow through.Despite meeting expectations and putting hard work , there is no real growth or career advancement , leaving employees stuck with false promises. Only top management are enjoying with big salary and perks.
