Standard benefits and salary advance option

Company culture is not employee centric , they are money minded and micromanagement company. Only money is expected from employees and they will fool/loot you easily with anonymous terms in contract. Many things not mentioned in the employer contract and it will suddenly come as surprise. I will give last preference to join techcarrot if I have options.

They tell they are brand like Infosys, wipro , etc. but small in number , in reality they have less projects and if client escalates anything they fire without giving any other opportunity like wipro, Infosys, so i say they are not a brand like big MNC's , they just need money.
