...Organisation Where Manual tester are getting more appraisal then the developers. and manual tester have double the salary than the developers. some hard working developers are working at 2.5 lpa and on the other hand manual tester are getting 6 - 10 lpa. with same experience level 2) The team lead is highly biased he also do the regional politics. He called them " Apna Log and descriminate the people from other state ". 3) Work-life balance is very poor they ask you to work all the 7 days and if u say no they will threaten u with the termination and appraisal 4) Job-security is very poor the company is continously firing the employess , every quater they fire 2-3 employess 5) you will not leave the office as your shift end the team lead come outside and sit outside and someone tries to go then he will bully him , talk him in a very bad way he did not have any professionalism

Fake company, deceptive tactics, explotative management, questionable integrity, employee unfriedly, forced resignations, no compensation, immediete terminations, employee firing etc etc............................................. Please don't fu..................... your career with them.

Good place for freshers to start their careers and get hands-on experience. Exposure to different tools and processes if you're proactive.

Dislikes

Not ideal for experienced professionals who value structured processes and professionalism. Poor work-life balance and no sense of job security. Appreciation and growth are not based on performance, but on favoritism. The Engineering Head, Akshay Deshmukh, lacks leadership skills and technical depth. His treatment of QA engineers is highly unprofessional—often viewing them as lesser contributors. Advancement often depends on personal rapport rather than merit.

I hate everything about this company. No hikes, no appreciation. No activities for employee engagement. Everyone is overworked. Daily forced exit cases. Rude management. Nothing special on festivals (,not even a Rs.10 chocolate).

Work Culture is very toxic No job security Everything depends on leads favour Rahul Chavan. Late night works can continue upto 4 weeks without holiday and still appraisals are only for favourite people who are in the favour of Rahul chavan. Loss of Mental health No personal life. Management is poor
