Just the salary is on time . Sometime delayed for 1 or 2 days due to week ends .

We are at mercy of our client . Client dictate the terms with us .Salary is delivered on time . No benefits for us . Thay sitting in Bangalore we are in Mumbai . promotion also depends upon client they don't have any say on this . For learning we need time we are working here for more 9 hr , 10 hrs and some time 11 hrs . Six days a week . No time for self or family . Any learning we have to do I do it while traveling to work or home . We are here till the contract once the contract expire they Tech vistar will disown us . After working for 2 years still I did not know the company . I am not the right person to say about the company culture .

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
